長谷工コーポレーションのIT領域を統括するグループ会社「ディベロップジャパン」のオフィスデザインを担当した。 
全国へ展開される IT ソリューションを象徴的に可視化するため、波紋が広がるような拡張性と分散性をモチーフとして空間全体に組み込んでいる。 放射状かつ連続的な意匠構成を用いることで、企業の技術力が多方向へ広がっていく様相を抽象的に表現した。 同時に、社員間のコミュニケーションを迅速に行えるよう、視線と動線が交差しやすいレイアウトとし、部署を越えた一体感を高めるワークプレイスとして計画している。 視覚的連続性と組織的つながりを両立する構成とすることで、業務効率と協働性を強化する空間を実現した。 Photo: ©︎ Nacása and Partners Inc. FUTA Moriishi I designed the office for Develop Japan, the IT-focused subsidiary of the Haseko Corporation Group. 
To express the idea of IT solutions expanding outward across Japan, the spatial concept employs a ripple motif, using a radiating and continuous formal language to represent the diffusion of technological capability throughout the organization and beyond. The layout is planned to promote immediate communication and strengthen a sense of unity among employees. By organizing sightlines and circulation paths to intersect naturally, the workplace encourages interaction across teams while maintaining visual continuity. The resulting environment supports both operational efficiency and organizational cohesion.
